Communications

VP of Communications - Rachel Tys

Will oversee the following committees: Marquee, Bulletin Boards, Meet the Teacher, Website, Social Media, Yearbook, and New Families

Kinder Playgroup	Organizes summer gatherings for incoming kinder students.	Open

Fundraising

VP of Fundraising - Jennifer Knox, Emily Burns

Will oversee the following committees: Mustang Mixer, Socials, Fall Carnival, Underwriting, Spirit Wear, School Supply Sales, and Corporate Sponsors.

Sponsorship and Fundraising Committee	Create relationships with local businesses to fundraise for our school and assist in fundraising events!	Open

Fall Carnival	One of our largest community builders. Subcommittees include: Advertising, Food, Games, Setup/Teardown, Sponsorships,	Jennifer Knox
Evening at Eanes Auction Chair	Our Evening at Eanes Auction is a wonderful event in which we auction off priceless teacher experiences and local business offerings. All proceeds go straight back to our teachers!	Open
School Supply Sales	Organize school supply sales and distribution.	Sang McDonnell
Socials	Recruit and coordinate EE families to host Socials as fundraisers that will be sold at Mustang Mixer and Carnival.	Leigh Stein

Student Enrichment

VP of Student Enrichment - Kerri Fulginiti

Will oversee the following committees: Movie Night, STEAM Day, Lost and Found, Mustang Mania, Heritage Week, Assemblies, Evening at Eanes.

Teacher Support

VPs of Teacher Support - Susan Devitt, Lesley Hempfling

Will oversee the following committees: Art Room Volunteer Coordinator, Front Office Volunteer Coordinator, Library Volunteer Coordinator, Workroom Volunteer Coordinator, Teacher Breakroom Coordinator, Staff Appreciation Meals, Staff Birthday Breakfasts, Staff Appreciation Week, and Grade Coordinators.

Library Volunteer Coordinator	Help the librarian with circulation, shelving and teacher requests. Maintain the student ‘collections’ display case.	Open
Staff Appreciation Meals	Coordinate special breakfasts and lunches and dinners for staff throughout the year.	Open
Staff Appreciation Week	Plan small surprises for staff during Teacher Appreciation Week.	Open
Teacher Workroom	1-2 volunteers to help keep the Teacher Workroom Organized and Stocked.	Open
CLT Committee	The CLT (Campus Leadership Team) will vote on expenditure requests of $250 or more. Expenditures of $5,000 or more will still be voted on by the General PTO Membership.	Lesley Ryan - Principal Staci Hubbard - Asst. Principal Plus these parents.
